These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and pkpo ("pkpo", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pkpo website at pkpo.club and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and payment features (collectively, "the Services"). By accessing pkpo, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

pkpo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using pkpo and contact [email protected] to close your account.

To register and maintain an active account on pkpo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or third party.
• You have not previously been suspended from pkpo or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• All registration information provided, including your name, mobile number, and date of birth, is accurate and up to date.

pkpo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to ineligible players may have all balances and winnings voided, and the account will be permanently closed.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pkpo. Duplicate or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them. When creating your account, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep it current at all times.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. pkpo will never request your password by email, chat, or phone.
• You will notify pkpo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You will not share your login credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to operate your account.

pkpo uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data and transaction records. However, the security of your login credentials remains your personal responsibility. pkpo will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

pkpo supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladesh mobile wallet and banking methods. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. No upper deposit limit applies, subject to your payment provider's own daily transaction caps.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method registered in the same name as the pkpo account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 minutes on average. pkpo does not guarantee processing times during payment provider outages, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• pkpo may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, including a national ID (NID), proof of mobile wallet ownership, or other identity evidence as required.

Deposits via unapproved payment methods may be rejected and returned to the sender. pkpo does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

pkpo offers promotional bonuses to registered players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time each bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, which are separate from real-money balances and subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly when the bonus is offered. Standard rollover ranges from 20x to 40x the bonus amount depending on the specific promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed at the end of the validity period.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated. Players creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly will have all accounts suspended and all bonus winnings forfeited.
• pkpo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, and to withhold or void any bonus or bonus winnings where there are reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms.

pkpo is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or exploits to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, software errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated betting strategy designed to guarantee winnings at the expense of other users or the platform.
• Using pkpo for any money laundering activity, fraudulent transactions, or other illegal financial conduct.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account, or attempting to compromise the security of the pkpo platform in any way.

pkpo uses automated fraud detection and human review to identify prohibited conduct. Where confirmed, affected accounts will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided, all balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the pkpo platform — including website design, logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pkpo or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pkpo for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pkpo content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of pkpo's intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkpo's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pkpo shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, payment provider outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, match statistics, or game results, where such information contains errors or omissions that pkpo could not reasonably have foreseen.

pkpo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are binding on all players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. A limit can be lowered immediately but can only be raised after a 7-day cooling period.
• Session reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a set period. pkpo recommends enabling reminders for sessions longer than 60 minutes.
• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 1 to 30 days during which their account is restricted from deposits and wagering. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Players who need a longer break from gambling may request permanent self-exclusion via [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible — the account will be permanently closed, all bonus balances forfeited, and verified real-money balances returned via the standard KYC process.

pkpo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including age eligibility violations, multiple account creation, or bonus abuse.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, match manipulation, or other illegal activity conducted through the player's account.
• Failure to complete required KYC identity verification within the timeframe specified by pkpo following a verification request.
• At the player's own written request, including self-exclusion or account closure requests submitted to [email protected].

Upon termination for cause, pkpo reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all active bonuses, and forfeit any bonus-derived winnings. Verified real-money deposits not implicated in the breach may be returned to the player's registered payment method at pkpo's discretion following completion of any required investigation.

pkpo collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pkpo.club/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and marketing communications where you have opted in. pkpo will not sell your personal data to third parties and implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and restricted internal access controls.

pkpo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, or business practice. When material changes are made, pkpo will notify registered users via the contact details on their account at least 7 days before changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address a security threat.

Your continued use of pkpo after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be resolved through pkpo's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance. Players with a complaint are encouraged to contact pkpo at [email protected], providing their account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation. pkpo aims to acknowledge all queries within 24 hours and resolve complaints within 7 business days.
